Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling

Mmmm… carrot cake muffins sound delicious.

Also, I should warn you that I’ll probably be posting a lot of food pictures later this week after arriving in New Orleans for JazzFest.  The food at the JazzFest fairgrounds is something I look forward to for months.
