Tumblr Popular Stuff

Is that Popular Stuff link in the bottom right column of the Tumblr Dashboard new?  I don’t remember seeing it before.  I like that the posts featured there seem to be driven by the community rather than by editors.  It’s like Digg for Tumblr.  You can sort Popular Stuff by Recent, Most Popular, or Upcoming.
