Seattle Hotel Recommendations?

I’m going to Seattle in a few weeks for a wedding.  Where should I stay?  I’d love suggestions on specific hotels or cool neighborhoods.  Ideally, I’d like some sort of boutique hotel in a funky / artsy neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, but I’m open to suggestions.  Any other tips on what to do while I’m in town are also welcome.  Thanks!

  2. kozpod answered: My girlfiend and I stayed at the W and had a wonderful time. Large rooms and best concierge I’ve ever had. Not boutiquey but solid.
  3. bendelaney answered: The Ace Hotel in Belltown is nice. It fits your criteria to a tee. Eat at “How to Cook a Wolf”. It’s amazing.
  4. whitelightwhiteheat answered: there’s a bar downtown known as the no name bar or something similar, it’s supposed to be great & kept a great secret, i couldn’t find it
  5. cherith answered: I can’t giv eyou a good recommendation, but don’t stay at The Roosevelt if you’re going to be downtown. The service is horrible.
  6. neekolas answered: Hotel Max is a very slick boutique hotel in Belltown.
  7. azspot answered: downtown
  8. peterwknox answered: I stayed at the Renassance Hotel, downtown, and it was cheap and awesome. If you’re downtown, you can walk everywhere. And DEF. go AguaVerde
  9. jayrobinson answered: Check out Queen Anne or Fremont! I used to live in Queen Anne and slang fish down town.
  10. karion answered: Okay, here we go:
  11. fashionofthechrist answered: Visit Fremont while you’re there… really fun area, but not too many hotels there.
  12. joostlultwel answered: I’m sorry, can’t help you with that. Never been there. If you’re going to Amsterdam sometime, however, I might know something..! (: Sorry!
