Hulu? Who knew?

I’m pleasantly surprised by the Hulu video service.  I didn’t think I’d have much need for it since I Tivo most of the shows I want to watch and already use Vimeo / YouTube for my online video needs.  Pessimistically, I just assumed that the big media companies would somehow get it wrong.  However, after checking it out today, I can see this becoming a nice addition to my online video arsenal.  The video quality is really nice, I like that there’s no software download, and the selection, while not comprehensive, is good enough to make the service useful.

It looks like it’s still a closed beta and I don’t see anyway to invite people.  If they give me some invites, I’ll pass them around to those interested.   In the meantime, I’ll post some examples here using their embed options.  If you’re lucky, I might throw in a full-length episode of the A-Team or Tori Spelling’s reality show.
