Personal Audio Site: Loved Edition

jstn brings up a good point about wanting to be more selective in terms of what music appears on his music site per my post earlier today:

I’m looking for the exact opposite of automation, though. I want to make something that encourages being very selective about the music included. It’s my (naïve?) belief that more care in production begets more care in consumption. Last.fm is great, but the the drek I listen to all day at work isn’t necessarily the face I want to put on my musical taste, I’d rather you listen to this mixtape over here…

For any of you who want to select specific tracks rather than posting everything you listen to, I created an alternative version of the Yahoo! Pipe that will update your audio site only with songs that you favorited by clicking the heart “loved” icon in Last.fm / Audioscrobbler. Just follow my instructions from earlier today, but swap in the Loved Edition Pipe for step #1.
